Why do i get heartburn when i take zoloft?
Posted on August 7th, 2009 by Beth Goodwill under Q&ALately when I have been taking zoloft, i get heartburn, or at least what i think is heartburn. It is a sensation starting in my chest and goes to my lower esophagus.

It is a slight possibility that they are related. I would recommend taking it with food, at night. You should notice a difference, especially if you have been taking it on an empty stomach.

I would consult your GP or consult a pharmacist and ask them the questions . Drugs will have reactions to different people . Good luck and have a great day .

There are many causes and triggers for heartburn. For your case, it may be zoloft. You should consult this with your doctors.
