    I have very bad acid reflux after I eat whole grain wheat bread. The bread with the little seeds in it. I also have really bad acid reflux after eating tomatoes and grape jelly and spicy things. Sometimes I get it for no reason at all. After I eat a meal, I start feeling like I am starving, even with big meals. i dont know why. My reflux is so bad I actually have chunks of food come up into my mouth.
