Hi there. If your throat is hurting it is best to stop as it is an acidic drink. Try drinking water straight after the apple cider vinegar to wash it off your throat.
If further irritation occurs, see a doctor to rule out any allergies.

Hi ,
I have been drinking apple cider vinegar for past 2 days(2tsp with 8oz of water) I was on nexium for past 6 months and now i stop, my question is after i drink this ACV my thorat hurts, do i need to drink more water ? Is it ok to drink this further?
