Is it possible that some prescribed medications can cause heartburn? When the meds have nothing to do with heart or digestion or stomach?

I am a 15 years old boy, and I have a problem with my stomach. It feels like a bad hearburn after I ate something the night before, and it’s very uncomfortable, it lasts at least through the whole night.
This heartburn feeling comes about every few months, do you know why?
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and I know ofcourse heartburn is something that goes along with pregnancy but it feels like within the last week or so it has kicked into high gear. I’ve been getting it several times a day and night. I take tums to deal with it, but I’m getting a little nervous maybe I’m taking them more then I should. Is it normal to have it this much?

I’m fine with pasta, flour tortillas and about half the foods I eat, but bread almost always gives me heartburn. What could it be?
And I don’t even know if it’s heartburn, but it makes me irritable, like sort of puts me in a bad mood.
I’ve noticed that water calms me down and I feel okay.
Anyone feel this way?
Experiences? Recommendations?
I am trying to buy a bed wedge which are supposedly good for easing heartburn. I’ve read that the minimum recommended elevation is 6-8 inches. The bed wedges come in 8, 10 and 12 inches elevation. It seems to me that the elevation should somehow depend on your height, but I am not sure. I am about 6 ft. Does anyone know which bed wedge is best? Thanks for any help!
Lately when I have been taking zoloft, i get heartburn, or at least what i think is heartburn. It is a sensation starting in my chest and goes to my lower esophagus.
I have Silent Reflux and know basics but what foods are actually GOOD for prevention of heartburn?? Dairy is OUT of the question, intolerant… THANKS!
